Empowering team members
Pendragon operates in a team-orientated environment, which encourages involvement and commitment. Every team member plays an important part in our future, working together to achieve our vision to be the number 1 choice. Our team members are empowered to take ownership of tasks and projects, devote time to learning and personal development and gain recognition and a sense of achievement which in turn has enabled Pendragon to become a successful and respected organisation within it's defined sector.

Investors in People
In July 1998 we achieved the prestigious Investors in People standard - a fact that demonstrates we believe in and recognise the value of our people, their performance and their contribution to the success of our business. In June 2000 and May 2003 we gained re-accreditation, and we are currently the only motor dealer group in the UK to achieve this award.

CANI
Because of the ever-changing world we live in, Pendragon recognises the need to constantly improve processes. We have a system in place called Constant And Never-ending Improvement (CANI), which encourages all team members to come up with ideas and ways to improve our business to make us even more successful in the future.
